Factor Red - changes

Our Factor Red - changes intensive coaching programme was developed for young people 16-21 years who are not in education, employment or training.

The six week programme enables young people to develop socially, emotionally and creatively establishing more positive personal goals.

Our blend of dramatic theatrical scenarios, performance coaching, personal and leadership development activities produces impact and achievement in just 12 days of engagement with the programme.
